Series 500® doors have a complete two-year warranty minimum on all standard components. Laser welded door edge has a lifetime warranty.

Finish-Coat Painted
All doors and frames are baked-on, finish-coat painted, meeting ANSI A250.3 standards. Tested for salt spray, humidity, abrasion, and adhesion.
Doors
20 gauge galvanized (A40), polystyrene core, laser-welded edge (lifetime warranty). Flush mounted top channel. Doors meet commercial Steel Door Institute (SDI) standards.
Frames
16 gauge galvanized (A40), 5 3/4" frame depth with 6" sheeting header. Frames meet commercial Steel Door Institute (SDI) standards.
Locks
EXPI-DOOR® private label heavy duty grade 2 lever lock. Thru bolted for strength. Free wheeling vandal resistant lever.
Subjambs
16 gauge subjambs replace the need for a framed opening. Full 7'2" in height and can be modified to fit various wall conditions. 12 gauge adjustable clips to attach to the girt and floor.
Hinges
Ball bearing silver powder-coated hinges with security non-removable pins.
Other
Full 5 3/4" aluminum threshold, dual finger TPE sweep, and urethane weatherstrip for kerfless type application. All components meet commercial standards and ADA requirements.

Grade 1 Lever Lock
EXPI-DOOR® private label extra heavy duty grade 1 lever lock. Thru bolted for strength. Free wheeling vandal resistant lever. Five-year warranty.
Mortise Lever Lock
Heavy duty grade 1 mortise lever lockset with escutcheon plate. 3/4" latch throw and 1" deadbolt throw. Five-year warranty.
Exit Device
Heavy duty grade 1 rim exit device. Aluminum finish. Key-in-lever or escutcheon-with-lever trim. Ten-year warranty.
Auto Closer
Heavy duty grade 1 surface applied closer. Backcheck, sweep and latch speed adjustment valves. Twenty-five-year warranty.
18 Gauge Door
18 gauge door skins for heavy use applications.
Latch Guard
Steel latch guard with chrome finish. Prevents tampering with the latch on lever locks.
