Sound control

The loaded vinyl products are designed for use in sound and thermal control for
Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Refrigeration and Industrial Chillers.

Acoustically Efficient	foam-backed loaded vinyl absorbs noise which helps to create a quieter, more comfortable working environment. It is especially effective in absorbing irritating sound transmissions.
Thermally Effective	foam-backed loaded vinyl reduces operating costs by lowering heat gain. This conserves energy and helps control condensation.
UL Rated	foam-backed loaded vinyl's are UL 94-5V rated.
Uniform Thickness	The factory-controlled uniform thickness of foam backed vinyl means its insulation value and performance remains constant.
Versatility	foam backed loaded vinyl's are used in heating and air conditioning, industrial chillers, marine, and manufacturing. They have excellent longevity in outdoor applications.
Availability	Products are available in a full range of densities from the low-density 3/4# product for good sound absorption to the high-density 2# product for those high pitch irritating noise problems.
